Autonomy Bridge Privacy Notice

This notice explains optional website analytics and how we handle information you provide when you contact Autonomy Bridge about potential work. Autonomy Bridge is operated by Deepak Gupta, who is responsible for handling enquiries. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Autonomy Bridge.

Information you provide

The contact form asks for your name, email address, organization and message. You may also select the type of work you want to discuss. Please leave out confidential customer, donor or employee information.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit only to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work. We do not use your enquiry details for newsletters or unrelated marketing.

Who handles enquiries

Deepak Gupta personally reads and handles enquiries. We do not delegate access to an assistant or contractor.

How long we keep unsuccessful enquiries

If an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we retain it for 12 months after our last substantive contact, subject to applicable legal requirements. This policy covers the enquiry record in Netlify Forms, email and other copies under our control. If we begin an engagement, we establish the information-handling arrangements for that work separately.

Questions and requests

You can use the contact form to ask how your enquiry information is handled, request access or correction, or ask for deletion. Identify your message as a privacy request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Any applicable retention requirements still apply.

How this website processes enquiries

Netlify hosts this website and Netlify Forms processes and stores form submissions, including spam filtering. The form includes a hidden spam field. A random submission reference supports receipt confirmation.

Website delivery and form handling may also process technical information such as an IP address and the requested page. The email notification and reply provider, any forwarding arrangements, provider access locations, processing countries for submissions and logs, and provider backup deletion schedules have not been verified at account level and are not specified here. We make no claim about a storage country or a fixed provider-backup deletion period. We will check these account-level details after launch and update this notice if the verified arrangements change or require material disclosure.

Optional website analytics

If you select “Accept analytics”, this website loads Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits. Google may receive the page path and title, browser and device information, approximate location derived from your IP address, and information about your visit. The site's page-view tag omits URL query strings, fragments and referrer details. It does not send your contact-form fields, enquiry text or receipt reference as event parameters. Google Analytics may set first-party analytics cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its processing practices.

No Google Analytics tag or request is made before you accept. Selecting “Reject analytics” leaves it off. Your choice is saved in this browser; use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change it later. Withdrawing consent stops further Analytics collection on this browser and removes accessible first-party analytics cookies. We cannot recall data already received by Google. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain denied in the site tag.

Deleting the random receipt reference does not delete the underlying enquiry. You can ask about provider details before providing further information, or submit an ordinary enquiry through the contact form without asking first. See the Cookie Policy for browser technologies.
