Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-03-01
For website users in Canada and the United States
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of autonomybridge.com and the content published on it. AutonomyBridge is operated by Deepak Gupta. References here to “AutonomyBridge,” “we,” “us” or “our” mean that operator.
Please read these terms before using the website. By using it, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement is validly formed under applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
Autonomy Bridge provides commercialization and revenue leadership for B2B startups, defined fundraising operations work for nonprofits, and fractional sales leadership for established businesses. It also publishes research. These terms govern website use only. The scope, fees, deliverables, confidentiality arrangements, data handling and other terms of any client engagement are agreed separately. Sending an enquiry or reading this website does not create a client engagement or commit either party to provide or purchase services.
2. Published information and research
Our articles, frameworks, market maps, analyses and other published materials provide general information. They are written for the context, sources and date identified in the material and may not reflect later developments.
Research can include reported facts, estimates, analysis, assumptions, examples and illustrative scenarios. Read the labels, methodology, sources and limitations that accompany each item. An illustrative example is not evidence of an actual client engagement or result. A case study describing actual work should be read according to the facts and permissions stated for that case study. Results from one situation do not promise results in another.
Website content is not a substitute for advice based on your circumstances. Assess its relevance and verify information before making business, investment, legal, procurement or deployment decisions. References to companies, products or providers do not by themselves establish a relationship, endorsement or recommendation.
3. Intellectual property
Content created by AutonomyBridge, including its original written analysis and the presentation of its frameworks and research, is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party material, names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Publication on this website does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
You may view the website, refer to its content for personal or professional research, and share links to its pages. When referring to our work, identify AutonomyBridge and the relevant source accurately. Do not remove authorship or rights notices or present our work as your own.
Except where applicable law or an express licence permits it, you need our written permission to reproduce, republish, distribute, resell, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit our content. Any licence or usage terms accompanying a particular item apply to that item.
Use of the AutonomyBridge name, logo or marks must not imply our endorsement or a relationship that does not exist. Use beyond what applicable law permits requires our written permission.
4. Responsible website use
You must not use the website to:
- Break the law or infringe another person's rights.
- Submit material that is malicious, unlawful, fraudulent or deliberately misleading.
- Introduce malware, interfere with the website or attempt unauthorized access to systems or information.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation with AutonomyBridge.
- Systematically scrape or extract site content or data without our written permission, except where applicable law permits the activity.
- Use site content to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models without our written permission, except where applicable law permits that use.
- Attribute statements to AutonomyBridge that we have not made or present altered material as our original work.
These restrictions do not remove rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.
5. Enquiries and information you send
Use the enquiry form to explain your enquiry. For privacy questions, begin your message with “Privacy request”. Company or organisation is optional. Provide accurate contact details and only information you are authorized to share.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, sensitive personal information or confidential project material through an initial website enquiry. If an engagement needs confidential material or access to systems, the appropriate arrangements should be agreed first.
Our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy explains how website and enquiry information is handled. Our Cookie Policy at /cookie-policy explains cookies and related website technologies. Agreeing to these website terms does not provide blanket consent to unrelated data uses or marketing.
6. External links
The website may link to third-party websites, publications or tools. These links help you find relevant information. We do not control their content, availability, terms or privacy practices. Review those terms and practices before using a third-party service.
7. Website availability and warranties
We may correct, update, move or remove website content and may suspend access for maintenance, security or other operational reasons. We do not promise that every page will remain available or that the website will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties concerning accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability for a particular purpose. Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutonomyBridge is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on this website or its content, including direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business or loss of data.
This limitation relates to website use. It does not replace the terms of a separate client agreement. It does not exclude or limit liability, remedies or rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the United States, applicable federal law may also apply.
Nothing in these terms removes any protection or right that the law applicable to you makes mandatory. These terms do not specify an exclusive court or require arbitration.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively from publication, subject to any notice or agreement required by applicable law. Please review the terms when you return to the website.
